There are leftovers from the Dez Bryant vs. Josh Norman battle.
When Washington and Dallas faced off on Thursday, cornerback Josh Norman had the task of covering the top Cowboys receiver and the two butted heads — at one point literally — throughout the game.
Things reached a boiling in the fourth quarter when referees had to break the two up, but Bryant raised the stakes after the final whistle by telling his nearly two million Twitter followers “All through the week I will post film (on) how Norman got exposed…”
Dez wasn’t done, though.
As the Cowboys were walking back to their locker room after the 31-26 win, he was caught on camera saying “Better tell Washington to get their money back.”
In the offseason, Norman became the highest paid cornerback in the NFL when he agreed to a massive five-year, $75 million deal.

Bryant then raised the stakes even more by telling reporters he would’ve beat up Norman “right on the field” if the cornerback acted the same way a few years ago.
While the Cowboys extended their winning streak to a franchise-record 10 games, Bryant did not score a touchdown and had five catches for 72 yards.
Bryant is hardly the first NFC East receiver to have a problem with Norman. Giants star Odel Beckham Jr. has quite the history with the cornerback as well.
